		<description>Good Advice Amy. Flexibilty always seems to get pushed to the back burner. Hell, sometimes it get push completely off the stove. That&#039;s why I like to slip them in between exercises or between sets. This appears to have worked well for those individuals who don&#039;t think they have enough time to spend on the floor doing stretching exercises before and after.</description>
